You can build your own routine from scratch by picking the exercises you want. The steps are the same on Android and iPhone.
Create your routine
- Open Bend and go to the Custom tab.
- Tap Create Your Own Routine.
- On the Select Stretches screen, tap the exercises you want to add. To narrow the list, tap Filter Exercises and choose a type, position, or body area.
- Tap Next.
- Set how long each exercise lasts, give your routine a name, and choose a cover.
- Save your routine.
