You can reorder the exercises in a custom routine while you're editing it. This works for custom routines you made, not for Bend's built-in routines.
First, open your routine for editing. If you're not sure how, see "How do I edit a custom routine?"
On Android
In the custom routine editor, each exercise has a drag handle on the left. Press the handle and drag the exercise up or down to move it.
On iPhone
In the custom routine editor, press and hold an exercise, then drag it up or down to move it. The screen shows the reminder "Tap to remove. Tap and hold to reorder."
Save your changes
Once your stretches are in the order you want, finish and save the routine.
