Focus areas are the parts of your body you want to work on. Bend uses them to feature routines that match your preferences.
Caution areas
Caution areas are the parts of your body you want to be careful with. When you set them, Bend lets you know which exercises to be cautious about.
Where to set them
You choose your focus and caution areas during onboarding, and you can change them at any time from your Profile.
