Yes, as long as you have a Bend account, though it doesn't happen in real time.
Your progress is saved to your account
Your progress and stats are saved to your Bend account, so they're available on any device you log in to. If you haven't made an account yet, you can create one from the Profile tab.
Syncing isn't instant
Bend doesn't sync in real time across devices yet. After you finish a routine on one device, close Bend completely and reopen it on the other to pull in your latest progress.
