An unexpected charge is unsettling, so here's how Bend billing works and what to check.
How charges happen
Every Bend subscription is processed by Apple, or Google, not by Bend directly. A charge can't go through without a subscription being started through one of them.
What to check
- A free trial that converted. The trial is a one-time offer, so if you'd used it before, a new purchase charges right away.
- Someone sharing your Apple ID, Google account, or device, such as a family member.
- Your Subscriptions section, to see exactly what's active on your account.
