If you expected a monthly charge but were billed for a full year, here's what happened and what you can do.
How our pricing is shown
We show our pricing on an annual basis with the monthly breakdown, and the billing period is shown at checkout. So the annual plan is charged as the yearly total, even though we also display what that works out to per month.
If you'd like a refund
You can request a full refund from wherever you were charged:
