If a login won't go through, it's usually one of a few small things. Here's how to work through them.
Make sure you've created a Bend account
If you see "User not found," you probably haven't created a Bend account yet. Paying for a subscription doesn't create one on its own. To set it up, go to the Profile tab and tap Create Account, then sign up with your email address and a password. Your subscription syncs to your new account automatically.
Check which email you're using
Sign in with the same email address you used when you created your account. If you have more than one email, try the others before anything else.
Reset your password
If you have an account but the password isn't working, you can reset it.
- On the Log In screen, tap Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address.
- We'll email you a link to update your password. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
If the reset says "User not found" too, that's a sign there's no Bend account on that email yet. In that case, create one from the Profile tab.
