Sometimes when you open Bend, you'll see a screen asking you to update before you can continue. To keep using the app, tap the button to update from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), then reopen Bend. It's free and takes less than a minute!
Why we ask?
Older versions of the app eventually stop working with newer changes. Updating gives you the latest bug fixes, new exercises and features, and keeps the app running smoothly on your device!
Will I lose my progress?
Nope! Your account, streak, and history are saved to your profile.
