Bend has a Home Screen widget that shows your streak and a new exercise each day. Here's how to add it.
On Android
- Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen.
- Tap Widgets.
- Find Bend in the list, then press and hold its widget and drag it onto your Home Screen.
On iPhone
- Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
- Tap the Edit button (in the top left corner).
- Search for Bend and select it.
- Choose the widget, then tap Add Widget.
What it shows
The widget shows your current streak and a new exercise each day, with gentle reminders so you don't lose your streak.
