If you're subscribed but Premium features are still locked, a quick refresh usually brings them back.
Restore your purchase
- Close Bend completely, then open it again.
- On the payment screen, tap Restore Purchases.
Check you're on the right account
Premium unlocks for the account you subscribed with. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID on iPhone, or Play Store account on Android, that you used to buy your subscription.
Just subscribed?
If you subscribed only a moment ago, it can take Apple or Google a few minutes to process the purchase. See "Why are my routines still locked after subscribing?"
