Discount and referral offers are meant for people who are new to Bend, so they can't be added to a subscription you already have.
Why a code won't apply to your current plan
Referral and promo offers are only available to users who haven't subscribed to Bend before, and we aren't able to apply a code to a purchase you've already made.
If you'd still like to use a code
If you'd prefer to start fresh with a code, you're welcome to cancel your current subscription and request a refund through the App Store, or Play Store. Once that's done, you can enter a valid code in Profile > Referral Code before subscribing again. Keep in mind refunds are handled by the store and can take a few days to process, and refunds aren't guaranteed.
