Got a new phone and Bend isn't showing your subscription? Your subscription hasn't gone anywhere. It's linked to your Play Store account or your Apple ID, not to the phone itself. Here's how to get back in.
First, check whether you have a Bend account
A Bend account is a login you created with an email address and password. Your subscription syncs to it, so signing in on your new phone brings everything across. If you never created one, that's the most common reason your subscription isn't showing, and the steps below will sort it out.
If you still have your old phone
The important part is doing this while you still have your old phone. Your progress and streaks are saved on it until you make an account, so creating the account there is what gets them onto your Bend account.
- On your old phone, open Bend and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Create Account and sign up with your email address and a password, if you haven't already.
- On your new phone, open Bend, tap Log In, and sign in with the same email and password.
Once you log in on the new phone, your subscription and your saved progress both come across.
If you don't have your old phone anymore
- On your new phone, open Bend and go to the payment screen.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Then tap Create Account and sign up with your email address, so your subscription is saved to a login for next time.
Make sure you're signed in to the same Play Store account or Apple ID you used to buy your subscription.
One thing to know: Restore Purchases brings your subscription back, but it can't recover progress or streaks that were only saved on your old phone. If you never made an account there, that data may be gone. Your subscription is safe either way.
